• Be aware of anyone loitering nearby and ensure no-one sees you entering your PIN
• Be alert to any bogus card readers inserted in the cashpoint slot. If the machine retains your card immediately contact your bank
• If you are in doubt, trust your instincts - don't us the dispenser and call the police
