Video Lending Service

• To borrow videos you must belong to the Havering library service, but there is no charge to join. Only the person named on the ticket, can use the ticket.
• The video loan charges are £2.00 for feature films, (including children's feature films), and £1.00 for educational and other children's films. Boxed sets are at a higher price.
• You may borrow up to three videos at any one time with a loan period of one week. Video loans do not affect the number of books and other audio items you may also borrow.
• Videos returned late will be subject to a further loan fee.
• If you need any help, or further information, please ask a member of staff, who will be pleased to assist you.
• Video cannot be borrowed by any person under the age of 18. Videos for children will have to be borrowed by a parent or responsible adult
