Ian Stephen Turner, Creator of the Upminster Community Web, was born August 1964. He has lived all of his life in Upminster, attending: Engayne Infants, Engayne Juniors and then Hall Mead School. He went on to do an Apprenticeship in Electronics and Telecommunications with S.T.C and has been in I.T Management consulting for over 28 years. He is currently Director of Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions for Celerant Consulting
