Ian Stephen Turner, Creator of the Upminster Community Web. He has lived all of his life in Upminster, attending: Engayne Infants, Engayne Juniors and then Hall Mead School. He went on to do an Apprenticeship in Electronics and Telecommunications with S.T.C and has been in Management consulting for over 30 years. He is currently Director of Turner Design Limited
